    Our values are simple. Larock Home Care strives to offer excellent and affordable home health care and everyday needs care to individuals and families of Central and Northeastern Ohio by encouraging a supportive, respectful working environment enhances the professionalism of our staff and the well being of our clients.

    Larock Home Care provides respectful non-medical assistance with the everyday needs of the older generations. Whether it is a one-time visit or everyday care, Larock is committed to enhancing your independent life. Essentially, we provide companionship and personal care services to help you maintain your in-home independent life.

  4. Tell me about Total Client Satisfaction.
    It's our undying commitment to you and your family. Larock ensures you are completely satisfied with our service by following all the rules. You can’t call us “too safe”. From the get-go, we have processes in place that keep us on track to keeping you independent, safe and secure.

    Our caregivers are the best. They go through two levels of screening as well as background, DMV and drug tests. All caregivers are required to keep abreast in their training and skills; we make sure of it!

  5. What services do you offer?
    We offer the services you need to handle all your in-home care needs such as companionship, personal care, transportation, errands and more. You can find a full list on our Services page.

  6. What future services are you planning on offering?
    We are currently working towards becoming Medicare certified as well as becoming a provider for various private insurance companies. We promise to let you know when we’re ready to start offering skilled nursing and other medical services.

    Larock will also provide home medical equipment for rental and purchase. Again, we promise to inform you when we’re ready.

    If you need a service you don’t see we currently offer, let us know. Chances are, we can accommodate your needs or refer you to someone who can.

  7. Do I need to sign a contract?
    Yes and no. There are NO exclusivity contracts. You can come and go as you please and even work with other home care providers (even though we hope you’ll find everything you need here with us!). There are service contracts detailing what you can expect from us as well as what we can expect from you. We want to make sure all your needs are taken care of in the best manner possible to keep you independent, safe and happy in your residence. So, don’t worry, we go over everything with you and/or your family to make sure it’s all clear.

  8. Is there a minimum amount of care?
    Yes, there is a 3 hour minimum visit. In order to make sure our caregivers can provide the best service for you, we have a 3 hour minimum for all visits. The number of days, weeks, or months you need are all up to you.

  9. How fast can I receive care?
    Fast! From the moment you call us, we’ll be on our feet ready to get you started. Typically, you can expect to schedule your first appointment within 48 hours, even on weekends or holidays.

  10. Are your caregivers responsible?
    Absolutely! We do not mess around with your safety, happiness and security; therefore, we screen our caregivers twice. They must submit to background, DMV and drug screenings to ensure their track record is superior.

    Continued training is provided for our caregivers as well. It’s your right to get the best service possible and we make sure of it. If we wouldn’t let someone care for our own mothers, we won’t let them care for you. That’s the level of service you will receive.

  11. Are you insured and bonded?
    Yes, we sure are. We carry the highest level of insurance and bonding available. It protects you as much as it does us. Your safety is our #1 concern.

  12. What is your pricing?
    Larock offers a unique method of pricing. While we offer per-hour care, we also offer packaged pricing to give you the best value for your money. Most of our packages will save you money and are very competitively priced. Give us a jingle or send us an email and we’ll explain it all as well as make recommendations.

  13. How can I pay for your service?
    Larock accepts Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. If there is another payment method you need, let us know and we may be able to accommodate it.

  14. What is Pre-Pay?
    Pre-Pay is a process of payment in which you pay in advance and earn interest on your investment depending on the amount you invest and the length of time you keep it invested. We like to think of it as a lay-away service for your home care. Take a look at our Pre-Pay page to learn more.

  15. What areas do you service?
    While we can service all areas in Ohio, our focus is on the Greater Central and Northeast Ohio areas...Columbus and surrounding cities, Akron and surrounding cities as well as Cleveland and surrounding cities. But give us a call even if your area is not listed; most likely we can help or refer you to someone who can.

  16. I'm not a senior, can you still assist me?
    Absolutely! Our focus is on the elder population; however, we have caregivers who are available to help anyone in need. If you recently arrived home from the hospital and need some extra help, call us. If you’re pregnant or bedridden, call us. Or for whatever reason, we’d love to speak with you and provide care. As always, if we can’t assist, we’ll refer you to someone who can.
