- Home Care Aides provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Home care may include light housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, respite and advice on such things as nutrition, cleanliness and household activities.
- Home Care Aides are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
- STNA Certification encouraged.
- First-Aid Trained/Certified.
- Current drivers license.
- Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage.
- Must be open to a full background check.

Relationship Development Coordinator
Job Description
Larock Home Care is seeking a driven and experienced business/relationship development professional looking to be ahead of the agency growth curve. The individual should have enthusiasm, drive and the ability and personality to foster new relationships with referral sources.
Goals should include:
- To market Larock’s private duty/non-medical home care services
- To foster new referral sources and attract new clients
- To conduct face-to-face and phone correspondences
- To enhance your professional growth and be ahead of the curve
Details:
- Geographic territory: Greater Central Ohio area (including surrounding counties)
- Compensation: initially based on referral sources and client acquisition with a transition to salary + commission if preferred.
- Position can be part-time or full-time with flexible hours.
- Able to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
